New Judge in 10th Circuit

The following is a profile on a new judge in the 10th circuit who will be presiding over dependency cases. I think that this judge will do a wonderful job making decisions concerning cases which are notorious for their problems and high emotions. He was a former divorce practitioner who encouraged, and demanded, that his clients take the high road. Every now and then, we are given a glimpse at who some of our judges are as people, which helps us understand how they will run their court room.
